The Lounge/ Green Room
The lab has always been seen as an extension of our member's homes. This area is our peoples living room. The space is decorated with memorabilia that has been collected at the club over the years. Comfy sofas, books and board games make this the perfect area to hang out. By day our members can enjoy the area to sit and do work, enjoy a coffee or read a book. By night this area is the green room! A place for our visiting bands to chill before they take to the stage. We also offer this room for private hire, whether it's a birthday, engagement or a celebration of any kind we've got you covered. We can provide a private bar and a mini PA so you can play your own tunes and boogie the night away!

Our freshly revamped venue has a capacity of 100, bar and stage with a brand new PA system. The Lab is a well-known gem in Northampton and has hosted an impressive range of established and emerging artists over the years. The space provides a standing room and/or flexible seating arrangements of tables and chairs. We also have a kitchen which can be included in the hire by arrangement.

The Gallery
Our huge gallery room lends itself to private functions for bigger parties. Presentations, exhibitions and intimate gigs would all suit our gallery room.
